In the fast-paced world of work, we often forget to pause and feel the most simple connections between people. At Chinagama, we have always believed that truly strong teams are built not only by superior execution and creativity, but also from those moments when we spend time with each other, slow down and think together.

Departure after a rainy day  

Early in the morning, a light rain sprinkled lightly, and the outline of Putuo Mountain appeared in a haze. Although it was slightly cold, the enthusiasm of the team was not reduced. As the car was traveling, the light of the sky gradually lifted the clouds, and the foggy mountains and forests seemed to unfold like a splash of ink landscape, serene and far-reaching, which also signaled that this trip was meaningful.

Let go of the daily routine, enter the culture and nature

Putuo Mountain, a small island that combines the beauty of nature and cultural heritage, became the destination of our cultural trip. Along the winding coastal path, with the sea breeze blowing gently and the mountains in the distance, the team members walked in pairs, breathing in the long-lost fresh air while opening up their minds and deeper understanding of each other in conversation.

This is not only a physical relaxation, but also a spiritual practice. The stop in front of an ancient temple, a period of silence on the stone steps, and a conversation around the future of the company quietly planted new thoughts and expectations in each other's hearts.

The meaning of collaboration is on the road and in the heart

The significance of this journey goes beyond the word “team building”. It is more like a mirror, letting us see each other outside of work - some people are funny, some people are delicate and warm, and some people can always find the beauty in the details. In the relaxed atmosphere, the boundaries of the team are redrawn and the connection between people is more genuine.

We believe that true collaboration comes from trust, and trust comes from such a period of peer experience.
